OUR STORY
Hi, we're Billy and Cole of Billy and Coles Excellent Adventures and we're here to share our National Park journey. It all started in 2018 when we took a cross-country train trip traveling from Norfolk, Virginia all the way to the West Coast and back visiting various cities all by train.
Once that was completed, someone asked how could you possibly top that trip? During my research I found out about Grandma Joy's Road Trip. I reached out to Brad and asked some questions about how to get to some of the parks.

Our journey began April, 2021. Since visiting Shenandoah we have visited 30 parks with Yosemite being our latest as of Feb 2024.
Parks we’ve visited
Our most memorable moments have to be a doors off helicopter ride and a night time snorkel dive with the manta rays in Hawaii, and summiting Angels Landing in Zion. As we continue our journey, I think we are both looking forward to the remote parks in Alaska and of course, making and meeting more awesome friends who share the same passion we do.
Q. What do you most like about the Natparks app?
Cole likes when you select a park it shows an icon of the park on an island. Billy likes the list of hikes and being able to open them in a map similar to all trails, also that it shows the camp sites since we camp a lot.
