Affiliations

Mixart LLC. is an independent entity that is not affiliated with the National Parks Service, National Parks Foundation or other official parks services. We contribute donations and support the National Parks Foundation as a official supporter of the National Parks. Our app is not associated with the printed passport books created by Western National Parks Association. Some park information in our app is available through public services provided by the National Parks Services including their API, and the API of recreation.gov. We additionally provide services such as maps from Google Maps API, but are not affiliated with these providers.

Applicable Law

By using our products, you agree that the laws of California, USA, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Natparks.io and you, or its business partners and associates.

Disputes
